開賽

During his short life Mozart composed more than 800 works, making the musical style in the classical period mature and promoting its development. Most of his works are widely acknowledged as pinnacles in the repertoire of classical music. Conducted by today’s acclaimed maestro Jing Huan from mainland China, the Macao Orchestra (OM) will present La Clemenza di Tito Overture from Mozart’s last opera and his Symphony No. 39 in E flat major which blends sophisticated style with clear melodies and phrasing typical of classical music. In addition, OM principal oboe Kai Sai will perform English composer Vaughan Williams’ Concerto for Oboe and Strings in A minor, a virtuosic, touching, fine work that gives off unique British charms.
