Under the baton of the Music Director and Principal Conductor of the Macao Orchestra, Lu Jia, the Orchestra joins hands with internationally renowned violinist Ning Feng, to present two classical works by Mozart. The concert will be available online on various platforms.<\/p>\n

The Macao Orchestra\u2019s 2021-22 Concert Season kicks off with its opening concert. Themed \u201cInheritance of German and Austrian Classics\u201d, the new Concert Season offers numerous masterpieces of classical music, passing on the beauty of music. The opening concert specially invites internationally acclaimed violinist Ning Feng, winner of the Paganini Competition and several other international awards, and current Artist-in-Residence at the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, to present Mozart\u2019s Violin Concerto No. 3 in G major with equal emphasis on emotion and technique. In addition, the Orchestra will present Mozart\u2019s Symphony 40 in G minor, a passionate and fervent work, one of the greatest classics of all times.
\nThe \u201c2021-22 Season Opening Concert\u201d will be broadcast online on 22 September at 8 pm.<\/p>\n
