Reiland will conduct Macao Orchestra an infectious repertoire\, including Beethoven’s “Coriolan Overture”\, which is filled with intense contrast and tension\, reflecting the tragic life of the play’s main character. Robert Schumann’s Symphony No. 3 “Rhenish” will also be performed\, with its cozy and moving melodies inspired by the beautiful\, new environment enjoyed by the composer upon his relocation to Dusseldorf on the bank of Rhine.
